Service Agreement
   The Interactive SignDesigner has my full permission to charge my credit card for the amount of service plan I have chosen. I am fully aware that once my service plan expires, ISD will automatically renew it and charge my credit card accordingly. The charges made by Interactive SignDesigner will show in my credit card statement as payments made to payments@yourpagemaker.com.
Terms of Service
Service Cancellation: Once a service plan has been purchased, there will not be any refunds. The customer may cancel the subscription at any given time using the ISD control panel, and clicking on ‘Cancel Service’. Automatic renewal of service plan will not apply in that case and no further charges will be made.
Storage and Bandwidth Regulations: The customer's bandwidth usage and storage capacity for uploaded images will be limited. The customer is responsible for downloading the stored files from his individual account regularly. The site will hold the uploaded (jpg, img) image files for 30 days. Afterwards, the old files may be deleted from the server. Interactive SignDesigner will not be responsible for any losses.
Account Termination: In case of a possible service abuse; which may include excessive usage of server storage space, any fraudulent activity, infringement of copyrights or unauthorized use of copyrighted material, etc, Internet SignDesigner reserves the right to terminate the offending user's account. The terms of termination will be solely based on ISD's discretion.
The Site: Interactive SignDesigner will not be liable if the web site is not available for use at any given time. Though it is our top priority to keep our customers satisfied, in case of any interruptions in our services we provide no guarantee for compensation. ISD will not be accountable for any direct or indirect losses.
Affiliate Links: The affiliate links or advertisements on the site are third party operated. Interactive SignDesigner will not be responsible for the conduct of these sites, nor do we endorse the content shown on them.
Changes In Terms Of Service: Interactive SignDesigner reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of service at any time without prior notice. However, in case of material changes to our service policy, we will keep our customers up-to-date through the email address specified by them during signing up for Interactive SignDesigner.
Privacy Policy
Credit Card Information: Interactive SignDesigner realizes that many of our users have reservations about giving out their Credit Card information. For your peace of mind, we have employed the 128 bit encryption SSL system. This system encrypts all information submitted by the users, therefore, it can not be identified as it travels on the net. If it is any consolation, big guns like Microsoft and WalMart use the same system. To add to the system's efficiency, Interactive SignDesigner does not store sensitive information online.

 Having said that; due to the uncertain nature of the internet, in case sensitive data is compromised, inspite of the SSL system, the Interactive SignDesigner will not be responsible for any compensation. We will, however, inform the affected party via email of the security concern. In any case, the Interactive SignDesigner will not be liable for any damages that may result due to the compromise, given the nature of security systems.
Cookies Storage: Cookies are designed to optimize your browsing experience. ISD uses these to help restore your last created design in situations where an accidental close down of the browser, or a page refresh, would have you loose tons of effort. The Interactive SignDesigner does not store multiple designs.

Personal Information: The information entrusted to us by our customers is stored on our offline database. ISD never sanctions its use for the purpose of advertising or spamming. Personal information of the buyer is neither shared nor sold by Interactive SignDesigner. Therefore, you can rest assured that your provided information will not be misused.

 However, we use the information to deliver important messages to our customers, these may include; messages regarding system up dates, or possible policy changes, etc. The messages are sent to the customer via email at the address which was specified during the initial sign up to ISD services.
Design Security: Your designs can not be accessed by hackers or nosy browsers. We take full credit for making our system ‘snoops-free'. With help of our system, we store the uploaded (img, jpg) image files on the server, only after they are encrypted with a random serial number which make them unidentifiable to curious snoops. The designs created by the customers are NEVER stored online. In fact, the customer created design is stored ONLY in the emails sent to you, and to your customer. No other copies of the designs exist. Therefore, even if someone did break into our system, there wouldn't be any information there to make his efforts worthwhile!

 For further security boost, you can always download your visitors uploaded image files from the control panel and then delete the files from the server to make them inaccessible. Nonetheless, your ISD account is protected through username and password, which is about the same thing that protects your email account.
